FEE STATEMENT
At Watts Mortgage & Wealth Management, we base our mortgage broker fees on two considerations – the loan amount and your individual circumstances.
At all times, we will provide you with a free initial consultation at which we will explain which broker fees you will be charged if you choose to proceed to application.
Our mortgage advice fees apply to all mortgages – including residential, buy-to-let, equity release mortgages and product transfers. As our mortgage advice is a bespoke service, please note that our charges may vary.
What our fees include
Our mortgage advice fee covers the administration cost of your mortgage along with extensive lender research and our advisers expertise in sourcing a bespoke solution most appropriate to your needs.
