We are a multi-award winning mortgage and life insurance business, set up by the Watts family over 35 years ago. We’re based in Nantwich, Cheshire and look after clients across the UK. It’s important to us that we are independent to ensure we have the freedom to search over 100 lenders to find you the best mortgage deal.

Mortgages
We can help with non-standard mortgages and we specialise in regulated bridging loans to help you move quickly, equity release for older borrowers, buy-to-let landlords looking to expand their portfolios and even holiday home purchases. If you’re self-employed or a limited company director with income from multiple sources (such as dividends, property income, partnership income and pension income) we will work with lenders to help you find the most suitable mortgage.
Protection
We can provide guidance across a range of insurance cover, including both personal and business protection. We are able to help you get life insurance cover even in difficult and unique circumstances. This could include when you have medical conditions or a hazardous occupation.
We have long-standing relationship with leading lenders and senior underwriters to ensure that when we’re working on your behalf we know we’re getting you the best deal.
